Course bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required prior to course commencement unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or transfer to another course. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund, though we may offer a transfer to a future course at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors when necessary. If we cancel a course, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course.
